Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Fluenswell handles personal information when you visit fluenswell.com or contact us through the website.
Who we are
Fluenswell is an influencer marketing agency for the language-learning market, operated by Ismail Goni. For privacy questions or requests, contact contact@fluenswell.com.
Information we collect
When you use our contact form, we may collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, whether you are a brand, creator or other type of contact, and the contents of your message. Our hosting and service providers may also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser information, timestamps and request logs when necessary to deliver and secure the website.
Why we use your information
We use contact-form information to respond to your request, assess potential creator or brand partnerships, communicate about possible services or collaborations, protect the website from abuse, and maintain appropriate business records. Depending on the context, this processing is based on steps taken at your request before a possible contract and/or our legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries and operating our agency.
Service providers
We use third-party providers to operate the website and communications. These currently include Vercel for website hosting, FormSubmit for contact-form delivery, and Google Workspace for business email. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own terms and privacy practices.
FormSubmit states that form submissions are retained in its submission archive for up to 30 days. After delivery, a copy of your enquiry may remain in our business email records as described below.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiries only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer them, manage a potential or active business relationship, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. We periodically delete information that no longer serves a business or legal purpose.
Sharing and international processing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host the site, deliver form submissions, operate email, prevent abuse, or comply with law. Because online service providers may operate infrastructure in multiple countries, your information may be processed outside your country of residence subject to the provider's applicable safeguards and legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to certain processing, and in some cases data portability or the right to complain to a data protection authority. To make a request, email contact@fluenswell.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
Cookies and analytics
Fluenswell does not currently use advertising or behavioural analytics cookies on this website. Essential technical processing may still occur through our hosting and security providers to make the site function and remain secure. If we later add non-essential analytics, advertising or similar technologies, we will update this policy and any required consent controls before using them.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information, including HTTPS and authenticated business email. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid submitting sensitive information that is not necessary for your enquiry.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website, service providers or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
